The & Collaboration
Full Service London, United Kingdom See Profile In October, The & Partnership released the Fantastic Breakfast in collaboration with The Prince’s Trust. The Brilliant Breakfast was a fundraising initiative centred around women supporting ladies– ladies were to host virtual breakfast meetings with other ladies who influenced them, to raise cash for The Prince’s Trust. Young women in particular are among the lots of hugely affected groups by the Covid pandemic, with females half as most likely to reach out to The Prince’s Trust for aid. The Fantastic Breakfast was to raise awareness of this, and to raise funds to assist disadvantaged girls.
Back in 2018 The & Partnership launched Ladies on Tour. After checking out a short article by Kathryne Ellis, the female creatives at T&P understood that there was an issue that The & Collaboration could help resolve. Whilst the varieties of ladies on creative courses was truly strong (as much as 60%), the number of women in creative departments was around 30%. Among the factors for this was that women on innovative courses were barely seeing female imaginative role models. Female creatives weren’t coming to speak at their unis, and they weren’t finding out about them enough in the industry media. Based upon the insight of ‘you can’t be what you can’t see’, Ladies on Trip was set up to supply exposure of female creatives. Ever since, the Women on Tour group, has visited up and down the nation going to universities and colleges, speaking truthfully and frankly about their experiences as creatives, what makes advertising a great market to work in, supplying book crits and 1:1 sessions, and helping recommend creative graduates on their next profession actions.
When the Fantastic Breakfast kicked off, the Girls on Trip team decided to hold their own– and to set a Prince’s Trust brief for graduate imaginative teams to work on. The winning group would then be used a month’s paid imaginative placement at T&P. Understanding that various graduates are having a hard time to find jobs in the current economic climate, Ladies on Trip reached out to their network of universities and graduates to inquire to get involved. Over 80 budding creatives went to the breakfast and The & Partnership provided the winning responses to the quick directly to The Prince’s Trust client group. The & Partnership are proud to announce that they have because worked with two dazzling positioning groups, starting immediately in the creative departments.
Yan Elliot, joint ECD at The & Partnership stated: “We had a great action from all the students. The quality of their ideas was so excellent we wound up rewarding 2 groups with a positioning giving them both a chance they wouldn’t usually have had”
The & Collaboration are pleased to invite Lara Hallam and Hannah Rendell graduates from University of Lincoln and Joe Williams and Alex Goddard who met through The Watford course. Follow
